Videopod is a
done-for-you podcast studio.
We run the whole show for you — recording to clips to growth. Same team every time. Real people on your edits, not AI. And there is no retainer.
Producing since 2022 · 500+ episodes · 150+ shows
Three people. One team behind them.
We don’t change our voice for each one — only the emphasis. Same studio, met where they are. DRAFT — synthesized from the service pages, confirm framing
Founders launching
No show yet. They want it built right, not figured out alone. Proof and done-for-you move them — not a pep talk.
Operators who record
Episodes piling up in a drive. No time to edit, clip, post. Speed and a team that just handles it move them.
Hosts who publish
Episodes are out — but nothing happens after. Reach and real pipeline move them, not vanity views.
We say the thing. Then we prove it.
Plain English, short sentences, no jargon. DRAFT — synthesized from brand voice memory, confirm
Plain & direct
Short sentences. Active verbs. No setup, no hedging. “Send one recording. Get a week of content back in 7 days.”
Proof over hype
Real numbers, real clients, real results. We never fabricate proof. A specific detail lands harder than a confident claim.
Human, not corporate
Real people and a real team — “same team every time,” not “the market” or “the ecosystem.” We write like a person, not a brand.
Confident, no pressure
We lead with value, opinion and story. The offer is the door, not a hard pitch. No fake urgency, no pushy close.
One studio, said three ways.
Pick the length the moment needs. The promise underneath never changes.

The mark.
The Videopod wordmark is built white for the dark site. On light backgrounds, recolor the mark to Charcoal — never leave it low-contrast. It’s Videopod. One word, capital V.

✓ Do
- Use the white mark on charcoal/dark backgrounds
- Recolor to charcoal #121212 on light backgrounds
- Give it clear space equal to the “V” height
- On a busy photo, place it inside a solid container
✕ Don’t
- Stretch, skew or rotate the mark
- Recolor it to anything but the approved charcoal
- Add drop shadows or glows
- Place it on a busy background with no container
Oswald + Archivo.
Oswald sets every headline — condensed, uppercase, confident. Archivo carries all body copy. Both are free on Google Fonts. This is the live site type scale.
@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Archivo:wght@400;500;600;700&family=Oswald:wght@400;500;600;700&display=swap');One accent. A lot of dark.
The palette is deliberately restrained: charcoal does almost everything, lime draws the eye to one thing at a time. No rainbow — lime is reserved for CTAs and key emphasis.

}Real, dark, and in focus.
Real people, real studio, real moments of work. No stock, no AI-generated imagery — the people behind the work are real and we never diminish that.
Dark, moody backgrounds that match the site.
Soft glow accents on the subject — a mic, a face, a screen in focus.
Occasional blur for depth. People engaged with the work, not the camera.
Clean line icons with rounded corners; geometric shapes that echo audio waves.
Subtle waveform overlays at low opacity; minimalist dot-grids and pulse-line accents.
Lime is the only accent color in graphics — used sparingly.
8px base grid. Align key elements on even multiples.
Container width 1280px; generous dark negative space.
No stock photography. No AI-generated people or scenes.
No bright/white photo backgrounds that fight the dark UI.
