★ We're hiring · remote · APAC-friendly hours

Make great podcasts.
From anywhere.

We’re a small crew that runs whole podcasts for founders. Editors, designers, and writers who care about the craft. If that’s you, we’d like to work with you.

Contract · remote · pick the shows you stay on

// Why work here

The busywork is handled. You do the craft.

Most editing gigs bury you in file wrangling and exports. We built a system so you don’t have to. You spend your time on the part that actually matters.

🤝 You stay on your shows

You’re not a faceless gig worker grabbing random tickets. You stay on the shows you start. You learn the host, the format, what hits. Your work gets better because it builds on itself.

⚡ Clear briefs, fast feedback

No guessing what the client wants. You get a clean brief and quick answers when you’re stuck. Less back-and-forth, more time actually making.

📈 Room to grow

Start on one piece. Do it well. Take on more — own a show, lead a craft, help train the next person. We move people up from the work, not the résumé.

// How we work

Core values.

The non-negotiables — how we work, and what we hire and fire on.

1

Deliver on Your Word

If you say Tuesday, it's Tuesday. If something's at risk, flag it the same day. Commitments aren't suggestions — they're promises.

2

Sweat the Details

Every cut, every audio level, every caption, every frame. Review your own work like the client will see it — because they will. Speed means nothing if the output isn't something you'd put your name on.

3

Be a Manager of One

Nobody's going to hand you the next task. See work that needs doing — start it. Hit a blocker — try to solve it before escalating. Run your own day like it's your own business.

4

Default to Loud

In a remote team, silence is invisible failure. When in doubt: say something. Flag it. Ask. Confirm. Say what you're working on, what's blocking you, and when it's done.

5

Raise the Bar

Each project should be better than the last. Study the craft. Notice what works. Bring ideas. If your work looks the same in month three as month one, something's wrong.

// Who we're looking for

Roles we hire.

🎬 Content Producer

Own the show end to end. Plan the episode, spot the moments worth clipping, write the notes, titles and post copy, and keep it all moving. You’re the one who turns one recording into a full week of content.

✂️ Video Editor

Turn a raw recording into a clean, finished episode — plus the short clips. Pacing, sound, captions, hooks. You sweat the details and you think in both long-form and 30-second beats.

🎨 Designer

Thumbnails, episode art, social graphics, brand kits. You make work that makes people click without looking like clickbait.

Strong in more than one of these? Even better — tell us in the form.

// How hiring works

Three steps. No black hole.

1 · Apply

Hit Apply and fill out the application. Takes about ten minutes. Show us your best work — that matters more than a polished CV.

2 · Paid trial

If it’s a fit, we give you a small piece of real work and we pay you for it. It’s how we both find out if this clicks. No unpaid “tests.”

3 · Onboard

Pass the trial and you’re in. We set you up with the tools, walk you through the system, and put you on your first show.
